This is my 1997 Alpine White on Modena E36 M3. This car initially was my daily driver and has become one of my favorite cars to drive.

10/10/20. The First Pictures

I found this car for sale on the BMW CCA classifieds. These are a couple of the pictures used in the ad, I really do not think they did the car justice.

10/13/20. Making the drive

My dad and I drove all the way to Chicago to look at this car on his birthday. It ended up being incredibly clean and had quite a few tasteful mods such as Schrick cams, 24lb injectors, a UUC lightweight flywheel, short shifter, and exhaust, as well as nearly brand new Bilstein B8 shocks. We made a deal and I drove it home.

11/8/20. My First Track Day

I got to do my first track day in this car. It did great and I had a lot of fun.

3/7/21. Lowering Springs

I got these lowering springs as a birthday present from my brother and his girlfriend. They are H&R sport springs and give the car a very nice drop while still having pretty good ride quality when paired with the Bilstein B8’s.

7/10/21. Restoration Detailing

This car was selected to be in the 2021 Keeneland Concours d’Elegance. I spent a full week and 50+ hours preparing it for the show. The entire car got paint corrected and ceramic coated along with any shiny plastic pieces such as the taillights. I deep cleaned the wheels and ceramic coated them as well. I got a set of brand new Genuine AL (Bosch) euro glass headlights and installed them at the same time.

Not bad for original 150k mile wheels

7/17/21. Concours Day

This was the day of the show. It was a great time and although I almost certainly got last place in my class I was happy to be there.

2/26/23. Euro Clear Lights

I sourced a set of Genuine BMW clear euro turn signals and tail lights.
